not all themes have the top task bar graphic - so doesn't look right at the top
to get taskbar to the top, right click on it and check properties to make sure it's not locked - then just click and hold with the mouse and drag the bar up to the top edge and let go

the skins i use with different colors are accessed via wb configuration - there should be a drop down menu to the right of the skin name (which will show to the right of 'rebuild' 'advanced'='over here' when the skin has a substyle

ok, i see the drop down box. the theme is undertow by night train. it says top taskbar. but i still have to drag it to the top. even windows standard taskbar can be dragged to the top. i don't understand why the description points out top taskbar ?

jinxjx...that's because some, but by no means all, skins aren't skinned for alternate taskbar positions. Night Train's description just points out that his skin does indeed look just a s good with the taskbar in the top position, just as I always point out that my skins have the vertical positions skinned as well.

The design of the undertow skin required I make seperate skins for people that use the taskbar at the top. If you prefer your taskbar at the top of the screen, then choose the top taksbar option. It will look and function better.
